"Nice rewards, though a little confusing at first"
I do like the reward points since they actually save me money on future orders. I was going to say it was super easy to use them, but it took me a minute to figure out where they applied. Still, once I found it, it felt like a good deal.

I was kind of anxious waiting for my order at first, but then I kept checking the tracking and it was updating really smoothly, which made me feel way better. i went from impatient to excited when it showed up so fast. Really happy with how easy the whole delivery process was.

"Arrived damaged because of poor packaging"
I ordered this sometime last week, or maybe the week before, I can't remember exactly, but it showed up in a really flimsy mailer with basically no padding. The box was crushed, and one of the bottles had leaked a little inside the package. For what I paid, I expected at least decent basic packaging. It just felt kind of rushed and cheap. I probably wouldn't order again unless they improve how they pack things

"Really liked the scent picks"
Tried the fragrance they recommended. And yeah, it actually matched what I said I was looking for. Kind of surprised me. Shipping was fast too. The scent was warm, a little clean, not too heavy. Easy to wear. I’d use them again
"Better Than Most Scents I’ve Tried"
I ordered a few scents from The Scent Reserve they were better than I expected. Compared to a lot of other fragrance samples I’ve tried, these smelled a bit more put together and the quality felt solid. A couple of them even stayed on my clothes for hours, which doesn’t always happen with other scents. One was a little too sweet for my taste, but that’s just personal preference. Overall, I’m happy with what I got and I’d probably order more to try

"I wanted to like this place, and maybe…"
I wanted to like this place, and maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but the whole experience was disappointing. The ordering was fine, I guess, but the food/service didn’t really make it worth it. I’m not furious or anything, but yeah, I definitely wouldn’t bother ordering from here again.

The bottle seems real to me, and the scent lasts good. I’ve bought a few fragrances before where the smell faded fast, but this one holds up better than I expected

"Good selection and a solid experience"
I’ve ordered from The Scent Reserve a couple of times now, my gut tells me they’re a reliable place to shop. Their stock is usually solid, though a few things I had my eye on were sold out. That said, they still had plenty of other options to choose from, so I didn’t leave empty-handed. I do wish restocks happened a little faster, but overall it’s been a decent experience for me. I’d give them 4 stars.

"Easy to use, umm, no hassle at all"
I used The Scent Reserve for the first time and, umm, it was really easy to navigate. The pages loaded quickly, and I found what I was looking for without having to click around forever. Checkout was simple too, which I always appreciate. Nothing confusing or annoying popped up, so overall it was a smooth experience.

There were a lot of choices, which I actually appreciated because it felt like I had plenty of options to compare instead of just settling for the first thing I saw. I was worried it might take a while to find what I wanted since too many options can sometimes get overwhelming, but it was easy to look through everything and narrow it down. In the end, I found what I needed without much trouble, so overall it was a good experience.

"Not bad, but the savings weren’t great"
I gave The Scent Reserve a try because the prices looked decent at first glance. A few items seemed fair, but once shipping was added, it didn’t feel like I was saving much. The product itself was fine and I don’t really regret buying it, but I can’t say I was impressed with the overall value. It just felt kind of average. I might order again if there’s a much better deal, but I wouldn’t rush back at the current prices.

I had a frustrating time trying to check out, honestly. The payment page kept freezing on me, and my card got declined twice, even though I use it all the time with no issues anywhere else. It did finally go through after a while, but then I didn’t get a confirmation email right away, which made me a little nervous. Just felt like a lot of stress, for what should’ve been a simple order.

"Lasted Way Longer Than I Expected"
I was surprised how long the scent stuck around. I put it on in the morning, went through a full workday, and could still smell it on me afterward. Weirdly, I remember noticing it while I was standing by the office microwave waiting for my soup to finish. Happy with it overall.

I had to return an item, and the actual return process was simple. I didn’t run into any issues getting it sent back, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the refund took longer than I expected, so I found myself checking for updates a few times. Overall, the return itself was easy, but the waiting on the refund was a bit frustrating.

The product descriptions were sort of accurate, but not totally. One scent was close to what they described, while another came across a little different than I expected. It wasn’t bad overall, but I’m kind of tired of having to guess, order, and then maybe contact customer service if something feels off. I just wish they included more detailed scent notes so you have a better idea of what you’re actually buying.

"Smell doesn’t last long"
I really wanted to like this, but the sillage fades fast on me. It smells nice at first, then after a short while it’s barely noticeable unless I’m right up close. after paying for it, I felt a bit unsure about whether it was worth the money.
